I will always miss Brooks

When you asked me what I put my 10,000 hours into I couldn’t answer because when I think to one thing that I always find myself doing, nothing comes to mind. It’s because Im always trying new things and never settling. I don’t know how to and there seems like there is no solution.

You can’t see what goes on in their heads so you only get the outcome; what their mind spits out as a product. I tend to be confused about some of the things they say or confused because they just left out a huge piece of the main idea because they are such geniuses.

Do you think we will ever shake the reliance of technologies off from our society? We’re becoming junkies.

Especially at Brooks, teenagers are relying more and more on facebook. 

You could write something completely different that what you normally write in silence. What is silence though? It is never really silent. 

Those games where you stop talking and start putting your head down and playing by yourself. It’s where every single one of our players wants to take the ball to the goal themselves. Soccer isn’t like that and our team has the worst problem with that. We stop connecting as a whole and before we know it, the ball is in the back of our net.

No connections. 

I think predetermining whether you will win or lose is complete bullshit. There’s no such thing as superstitions… Or I like to try to make myself believe so.

First of all, peer pressure pushes us towards an unofficial social dress code. If students don’t want to look out of place, are forced to shop at places like JCrew, Vineyard Vines, and Brooks Brothers.
